THIS REALLY REALLY WORKS!! Last week I realised that most of my problems originated through a loss of power.I came across this meditation last week and it had an amazing affect the entire day. I found myself with boundless energy and an unusual abilitey (for me anyway) to complete my tasks without each draining me emotionally. And I completed all planned activities. I decided just concentrate on this meditation this entire week. What a difference this has made! What I experienced the first day has continued unabated. I have found myself acting with confidence and assertiveness (no aggression). I seem to have enormous clarity of purpose. No what is achievable and what is not. I seem to be more decisive and evaluating problems more rationally. Most of all, I feel an enormous sense of inner peace. I seem to be judging myself a lot less and being far less concerned about other people judging me. Thank you SHC for your extremely valuable work.

On my journey, i am pin pointing moments that i lost my confidence, 1 where i was asked to play a game 2 where i was beat up for a girl liking my hair 3 i was disowned 4 i was cheated on 5 i was ridiculed at work 6 the number of love i was declined for courtship. I have started the process to collect my confidence, my self healing, self worth from each of those defining moments as the story on repeat was I am right and valid to think the way I do look at the experience of my life, unaware that it was just that an experience not one which i should base my future on or from. So today I am creating the future from this moment with more of me than I have ever intentionally done before, I am me, I am Now it feels good. I am beginning to feel it wash over me with each breathe... i am grateful to create from this moment who I am currently.

Bro i'm having a bad season at basketball right now and i've come to a conclusion that it's because of my self esteem. I have none and i tend to overthink everything. THIS REALLY REALLY WORKS!!
Last week I realised that most of my problems originated through a loss of power.I came across this meditation last week and it had an amazing affect the entire day. I found myself with boundless energy and an unusual abilitey (for me anyway) to complete my tasks without each draining me emotionally. And I completed all planned activities.
I decided just concentrate on this meditation this entire week. What a difference this has made! What I experienced the first day has continued unabated. I have found myself acting with confidence and assertiveness (no aggression). I seem to have enormous clarity of purpose. No what is achievable and what is not. I seem to be more decisive and evaluating problems more rationally.
Most of all, I feel an enormous sense of inner peace. I seem to be judging myself a lot less and being far less concerned about other people judging me.

On my journey, i am pin pointing moments that i lost my confidence, 1 where i was asked to play a game 2 where i was beat up for a girl liking my hair 3 i was disowned 4 i was cheated on 5 i was ridiculed at work 6 the number of love i was declined for courtship.
I have started the process to collect my confidence, my self healing, self worth from each of those defining moments as the story on repeat was I am right and valid to think the way I do look at the experience of my life, unaware that it was just that an experience not one which i should base my future on or from. So today I am creating the future from this moment with more of me than I have ever intentionally done before, I am me, I am Now it feels good. I am beginning to feel it wash over me with each breathe... i am grateful to create from this moment who I am currently.

I am at 0:22 rn I hope this works so I can be in the right mindset for my first hopefully high quality cosplay of Naruto. He has so much self confidence that he never gave up. Bro i'm having a bad season at basketball right now and i've come to a conclusion that it's because of my self esteem. I have none and i tend to overthink everything. So i've been trying to listen to this kind of music and also think of my previous success and also think of what i can do next. I really hope my mentality will be better after a lot of hard work
You will get there! Go inside. Meditate. Observe your thoughts. Explore the thoughts inside of you that speaks of your unworthiness. When did it start? What is it telling you?
In the end, the negative stuff you believe about yourself is only thoughts, and thoughts can change if you want them to. Use positive affirmations. Challenge yourself. You got this!!! Rise like a worrier on the inside.
