Donk Go Kart With 20" Wheels & 32" Tires!

- Today we install a set of 20" wheels on a yard go kart. This will be the Donk build. We have to cut up the frame to fit these massive wheels and tires. We make a custom axle, front spindle set, and wheel hubs. Stay tuned to the next episode where we start bracing up the chassis and finishing this monstrosity up!!!

You need a Donk trailer for the swap meets too. It would look sick with a trailer about the same dimensions.

So far, it looks like an R/C monster truck chassis that you can sit in. I like where this is going.
That thing is super impractical and ridiculous! No sense in building it at all, I LOVE IT! lol!
I laughed when you dragged it in by hand onto the lift but then used a 2 ton jack to lift it up onto jack stands 😂😂
I scratch built my mini bike with black pipe/gas pipe. Cool project, looking forward to seeing more of it. Thanks guys.

It looks like the Lunar Rover NASA used. I love it.
Greg a little trick to joining two shafts if you dont already know. Use your lathe and drill a half inch hole into the end of one shaft about an inch or so as a socket, turn down the end of the other shaft to make a half inch "pin", then v groove for a weld area. This works very well for keeping both shafts aligned and true for welding.
