shay, you shouldnt be recording your client without his consent even if hes not on camera. even with consent its arguably still unethical and inappropriate behavior for a care provider. if the facility or his family decided to take issue youd have no defense to protect you from termination. its also illegal to record in-person conversations where there is an expectation of privacy in the state of missouri without the consent of all parties. i dont believe youre acting with malice, but youre not thinking critically either, babe. not being negative just dont want any harm to come your way. your skin is looking great btw! 💕

Absolutely because we are going to advocate and speak up for each for everybody. I’m gonna do what I can with being my means in my resources. He’s more of a independent type company where there’s not too many people in his business versus other companies I have worked for, so I guess I can say I can only do so much in what he allows me to help him with. But we can’t make it do what it do.

Most of the clients are rude and think that your a maid,nurse,cook and driver I been a Caregiver for 18 yrs and this is just me experience but they think since we're being paid and by the way it's not much they can talk to you any kind of way.

Even if you can't get Medi-Cal he should have some type of insurance disability or something
I used to do this type of work with people with disabilities. I enjoyed it until we started getting residents with severe behaviors and they added cameras. I left and now I work from home working for a health insurance company. At your job do you get a lot of overtime opportunities Shay?
Yes my main job I get overtime when it’s available. It just depends on what my clients schedule is.
