I am curious what was your idea for the motor and tilt sensor? What I personally ended up doing to bring it to live: start -> loop (wait+any tilt -> motor left -> motor right -> motor+0.05 -> motor stop) that is basically flapping the lower wings on any tilt movement. Kids loved it!
