How To Get To Aertson Midtown

Whether you're walking or driving, check out this quick video on how to get to Aertson Midtown either by foot or by car!
Walking? There are two options:
Enter through our plaza entrance located to the right of the parking garage off Broadway and across from the Vanderbilt Law School. Our concierge will assist you in getting access to our 8th floor leasing office from there.
You can also enter off 21st Avenue through our north tower. There's an entrance next to Woodhouse Day Spa that has a call box to the right of the double doors. Use the call box to ring for the leasing office and they will let you in. Upon entry, head back to the elevators and up to the 8th floor, where our team is ready to assist you.
Driving? We have a covered parking garage on our campus. Enter at the light, where Broadway and 21st Avenue intersect. Grab a parking ticket (we will validate your parking if you're here for a tour), and enter the garage. If you're touring an apartment home, there's convenient parking on the first floor to the right as you enter marked "Future Resident Parking." If there are spots available, feel free to park and head to our plaza concierge desk, where we can guide you from there. The concierge desk is to the left of the parking garage as you exit or by heading to the main floor if you use the elevator.
If there is no availability on the first floor, we have additional prospect parking on the fourth floor of the parking garage with spaces marked "Future Resident Parking." By parking here, there's a call box outside of the double doors leading to the elevators. Just ring for the leasing office and once they let you in, head up to the 8th floor.
If you are a a ride share service or food delivery drop off, our first floor parking provides spots for you too and your first 10-minutes in the garage is free.
Please avoid parking in the plaza area as this is for foot traffic only.
