I found them on Ebay. Search for "custom ww2 dice." They come in sets with multiple nationalities. I think I paid 12.99 for a set.

Nice,just two things to dogfight attempt, you forgot add +1 to japanese speed for dive, and also if roll result is equal, dogfight begins.

+1 speed does not apply to turn combat i think
