That piece was a brilliant, literal expression of its title as used most commonly in American & British culture. Taken together, the music and the painting made me think of the vertigo inducing effect contemporary western culture would have on a person who lived before modernism got around to questioning the meaning of “meaning”. The painting is postmodern in its meta amalgam of Duchamp, Bacon and Basquiat, and together Tipsy works as a broader description of the information overload age when one stops to think about it objectively. Potentially pretentious comment aside, I loved this!
