LITEFORM is Pilosio's security lightweight formwork for traditional and cast in site slabs, designed to increase safety on site, improve productivity and reduce slab implementation times.
ASSEMBLY
Before installation, the props must be reinforced with the related dismantling heads or fixed head.
1. It is sufficient to insert the head into the props the hooking device, prevents the accidental ejection and rotation of the head. Reinforce the props with the related dismantling or fixed heads and place a first row of props by using the tripods.
2. Position the frames on the heads (it is sufficient only one operator): the special hooking allows a safe installation, without risk of accidental slipping out of the head from the prop.
3. The positioning of the frames on the heads can be carried out through a rotation of the frame by using the forklift. This operation completes the reinforcement of the slab.
4. To reinforce brick or prefabricated slabs, the installation of all components is performed safely directly on LITEFORM frames, the casting completes the work stage.
5. For the reinforcement of monolithic slabs, it is necessary to use a counter casting surface in plywood or other panels placed directly on LITEFORM frames; then proceed with the reinforcement and casting. Thanks to a device equipped on the dismantling head, it is possible to perform dismantling just a few days after casting.
Once the drop heads have been lowered, all frames are recovered to reuse them in the subsequent stages and a new cycle of production can start.
