Beautiful intro! I take my test tomorrow morning and I’m so nervous, I wasn’t properly prepared for my first test because I only gave myself two days to study so I missed the passing percentage by seriously 1 question… I’m nervous but I’m feeling more more confident! Your videos makes this so much easier to understand. Can you explain how to get the frontage? For instance a lot has blank sq yards and blank feet, what does the frontage measures?

How will I calculate setbacks?
Can pour concrete in space that belongs to me? The corridor between my house an the neighbor...
If your neighbor is pouring concrete on your side of the property line, they are encroaching and may want to have them remove it.
