I don't know if this is a popular take but i think season 9 had the best makeover out of any season because of the great cast and because it was the crew members getting made up which i thought was super cute and fun and they all seemed super happy and excited.
Two things about this season: 1. Imagine the power Nina would’ve had if she had gotten the role she deserved in the rusical and won two challenges. 2. Even on the weeks Nina was safe she still should’ve lipsynced just to give the audience a SHOW she’s just that good
man I love Nina. Just a great and unique artist all around. I understand why she didn't feel motivated to lipsync but that top 4 would've looked VERY different
Lady gaga should come back just because i want her to. And wellington is so smart for being able to know the future of peppermint winning all stars 10.
Peppermint was already super famous prior to drag Race ! She has been on Broadway afterward and is heavely invested in raising awareness and justice in regards to trans rights and the community. I think she accomplished great things despite not winning the show.😊

A bit of disappointment when Jaymes was eliminated first (i wanted her to prove everyone wrong because all people told that she's the 1st to go just because of her shyness), then all shenanigans with Nina/Shea and Alexis vs everyone, Farrah elimination getting leaked, all waiting to see if Valentina's mask gate was true or not, then Peppermint defying everyone and making it to finals in big 4, then top 4 twist with lipsync finale. This was best season in my head.
Season 5 and 6 are my favourites because of Jinx ,Bianca ,Dela and Adore , but season 9 was the first season that became entirely my favourite, i loved the cast, the top fours ,it was so obvious they all deserved it unlike the other seasons

My three most favorite parts from Season 9 were the Cheerleading challenge, Beverly Hills 9021-H0, and the Sexy Unicorn Runway all because they reminded me of the My Little Pony: Equestria Girls - Friendship Games movie (2015).
