I love what Hilary did with their home. It is soooooo clean and designed beautifully. I love the new dining area with the large table and wing backed chairs. The chef's kitchen is great! I like that all the storage is beneath. Very unique. The kids rooms are tooo cute. I loved the books door pull on the shelves. Soooooooooooo Narnia!!!!! Yeah, Hilary- You did it again.
This is an issue I see in many houses--way too much stuff. So cluttered. Tough love, Hilary! Put your foot down!
Just cleaning up the clutter makes a world of difference!!!!
Hilary is a miracle worker! Love her visions and designs. 😍
Love the kitchen cabinet color!!! Another great job Hillary!!! ❤❤
Love the kitchen and the hidden bathroom
Bravo Hilary!!! 👏🏼
omg I love the kitchen and the light blue cabinets, that is so me and I want that with the white.
I would prefer silver instead of gold for the sink faucet. I'm surprised that they didn't open up more walls throughout the house.
Lovely and practical.
Wish I could afford her
Awesome and Brilliant
I need Hilary in my life
Absolutely love it.
Such. Cool design on my list for must have design feature
Lose some of that kids stuff….how much of it do the kids actually use….everyday??? House rule…..when you buy a new toy mom/dad/child must donate an old toy. Seems doable right? 😊
I liked the way Hillary dropped a not-so-subtle hint about the kids playing with their stuff and then putting it away 😳😁👊
Saludos Desde México HGTV
Why can't the 2 kids have bedrooms on the SECOND floor? While I do like the colors and such, why is almost everything crammed into the first floor? The entire floor plan is just odd.
It is an old house.
Yeah I'd be curious to see what the top floor looks like but presumably the master bedroom is up there? Pretty hard to hear the kids if they're sick or something, unless they use a monitor. 🤔
LOVE
You know they put a banquette in later. I would.
Beautiful! But this is not a layout I'd be comfortable with. Kid's bedroom so close to the entrance and a bit isolated from the rest of the house. They'll be happy about it when they become a teenager, though.
Its all about clutter, people only knows only buying stuffs that they barely need in their home and they complain about the lack of space, even a 3000sqft home feels tight for many families.
normally Hilary's' designs range from very good to the fabulous...but: the children's rooms down stairs AND A TOILET IN THE DINING ROOM CORNER???? SMH & where's the incense & Glade spray???
If I'm footing the bill, I'll be damned if a contractor/designer told me NO, about something that I wish to add to my home!! She would have been let go that very day!!
Whatever Karen. Hilary ain't coming to your house anyway.
@@teresawalker4540 okay ditsy, take your crap somewhere else
Karen - take a seat. You can’t even afford her. Plus it’s for TV - and often the designer needs to be firm. They have a much better understanding of these things than a dumb client. Take a seat Karen. Shove it.
then dont hire Hilary lol.
@@lindaostrom570 she had the job until she opened her mouth and told the paying customer, she wasn't adding what I'm sure wasn't coming out of her pockets!! So what's the problem????
Grow into clothes !! Really?
Also buying stuff one sale the year before is also very common to safe money. (Like one this years summer slae you buy stuff for the following summer; they are up two sizes than.) Or if you get clothes for older children form family and friends.
It helps. Just store hand me downs from older friends and cousins.
