    CHUTNEY
    1. EDIBLE OIL - 1 + 1 TABLESPOON
    2. CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
    3. URAD DAL - ½ TSP
    4. GARLIC - 7 TO 8 CLOVES
    5. GREEN CHILLI - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
    6. GINGER - 1 INCH
    7. CURRY LEAF - 7 TO 8 LEAVES
    8. ROASTED CHANA DAL - 2 TABLESPOON
    9. ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
    10. TOMATO (MEDIUM) - 4, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
    11. SALT - 1 TSP
    12. SAMBAR MASALA - 1 TABLESPOON
    13. TAMARIND - 1 TSP
    14. BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TSP
    15. CURRY LEAF - 8 T0 10 LEAVES
