This car, is unlike every other hypercar, this car really *IS* rolling art, it's a manifestation of beauty and power, it's an absolute model of perfection, in the midst of "girl next doors". it's something you cannot find anywhere else, and the only thing close to it cost 3 times as much, it's a phenom...and worth every fucking penny.

Anthony Yard While I have to concede that the Regera required some time to grow on me before I was totally onboard, and while the Huayra pretty much was love at first sight, I can honestly say that I would have no spot for a Huayra in my "dream garage". It looks great, but engineering wise, it's pretty average.

If you want fast 0-200 (a lot faster than any Koenigsegg) get an AMS GT-R or UR Lambo :)

That's a sort of stupid thing to say considering you can have a personal preference without having to drive either. Perhaps Carlos prefers the sound, or the looks over this.
It is as beautiful as the morning sky, but I would want a manual, not paddles! Maybe with this, it wouldn’t bother me too much, but I would still feel like I was missing out.

imo, this is the most beautiful car being produced today. forgetting the price difference for a minute, lol...and that is no easy task oO if you consider the performance gap between the Veyron, and the Huayra, you have to come to one conclusion, and that is, that the Veyron stands alone, still. All one needs to do is compare the best points of the cars, then add on the difference in obvious, non technical, visual observation of how it climbs thru the 100 to 200 mph gap...once that is settled, all other issues are forgotten, and you are stuck with the art, the form that the car squeezes into your optic system for your brain to orgasm upon. it truly is amazing, but it's not without competition, once again, the Veyron, in all it's absoluteness and unforgiven selfishness to keep the 260+mph wonder to itself, has an often overlooked wonder about it, it's subtle, magnificent, and luxurious interior, it is one of the world's few material things that make one's flesh want to melt into a component in order to become part of it's definitive beauty..these two cars, are one in the same when it comes to the magic it pours upon the observer's heart strings, these things are precious, and often understood, even occasionally overlooked when such massive numbers are at play. These are works of art, to pull a page from every articulate journalists handbook, they are a true joy to the senses of smell, sound (omg, the sounds),sight, touch, and if you dare...taste. Truth be told, we *ALL* want one....of each.
This comment may be 4 years old but it holds such true reasoning that I had to say something.
The Laferrari copied the design of the Pagani Huayra. The lines are very similar when side by side.
+Motordyne G35 the LaFerrari is in production since 2005, the car design base already exists since that epoch, was only improved by tunnel wind after, but the car body already existed well before the Huayra.

Motordyne G35 is not the year she began to be made for customers, is the year that has been developed, so the Enzo has just been produced in 2004, so engineers had to the team what would be the LaFerrari in 2005, then called F150 design
Pagani Huayra came to market first with the design, not Ferrari. Speculation behind closed doors is not an argument.
Motordyne G35 has nothing of speculation, believe what you want, I work in the area of sports cars to more than twelve years, in early 2006 when I was in Maranello for the release of the 599 GTB already talked about F150, and was already in development more than a year at the time, think what you want just passed information I know
The Huayra is good but the Porsche 918 is the ultimate supercar! To be honest, the Huayra looks extremely exquisite and expensive both from the outside and from the inside. But sadly, despite the mesmerising aerodynamics and speed, it's not as quick as a Porsche Cayman GTS around a track.
No it is much faster than the cayman gts, the 918 is still much faster than it

Everytime i'm going to Watch a video about a Pagani, i saw a 8 years old kid comment "Pagani is slow cause a Koenigseggseggsegsgsegsgegg can do 0-200 a second or two faster" don't fucking matter, Pagani is a piece of art, i would prefeer being second on one of Those than be The first on any other car! if you think that this car is notinhg but really special, you got serious problems!

jbell2184 this car almost NOTHING in common with even the idea of the F40. you are mistaking how much the coolness factor plays a part in how much you drool over them. common mistake with people that only see the outside of these machines. the F40 was a no compromise, no holds barred, every man for himself, type of machine god, whereas the Huayra is an all encompassing, nothing left behind, luxurious, and state of the art type of machine, with a very organic, and ergonomic beauty that refused to be left behind simply for the sake of a few numbers...they are NOTHING alike! the only way to compare them, is by way of creative manifestation of their respective creators goals. they are both beautiful, and both purpose built to please certain aspects of our needs. the F40 will always be rough, dominating, and guttural...the Huayra will always be beautiful, fast, and emotional. The F40 is what it is, and nothing will ever be "like" it, because there will never again be a time where a machine like that would be IMPOSSIBLE, yet still somehow exist.

Bro don't worry about it. It would be wayy to fast for any reasonable person. 800 horsepower in a car that is really light. People bag it bc other cars are faster but I bet none of them even use all the power anyway, they are just suckers who care about stats

Bit dramatic on the build up to the 200mph run. I think the car (and any 200mph car) was properly engineered to reach that speed no problem.

The Huayra BC would come closer, but I think the Holy Trinity still demolish it in performance.

Are the tests done in the United Kingdom the best times for the Holy Trinity? Not in the slightest. The Holy Trinity are cars that get under 10 seconds in the 1/4 mile. The normal Huayra does a 10.9, and the BC is only 25hp more powerful and 132kg laughter. That won’t make a significant difference, maybe just two tenths.
Second of all, the Huayra that beat the Senna was a Huayra BC Roadster, which has more power than the Huayra BC, and not to mention the Pagani is lighter than the McLaren. Let’s also note that the Pagani lap was an official manufacturer lap driven by their test driver who knows the car, the McLaren lap wasn’t. Apples to oranges. I’m sure if the McLaren test driver drove the Senna all out, it would achieve a much better lap too...
