What I found TO work for WC, is the Old, rarely used these days, Boxing 'Cross Guard' . Study people like Archie 'The Old Mongoose' Moore, the Philly Shell to an extent (its very sideways) and ESPECIALLY Gene Fullmer with his 'Reverse Cross Guard'. These guards if you study carefully are Quan Sao's. Very loosely, but they are, and they will save your life. These guards when developed well are VERY SNEAKY in hiding your hooks and uppercuts (remember those in WC?) AND the Cross Guard puts you CONSTANTLY in a position to Lap Sao, Constantly. So next time someone wants to punch you with fast jabs/hooks, throw up a cross guard and close in, its the bane of long rhythm fighters like Ali, he hated fighting Norton/Frazier/Moore. Great Channel by the way Henry 👍
