The PZ killer so PZ leader got captured by agent Peter's he probably hired a couple of mad doctors and tryed to revive and tryed to put a code and the system went down and some time ran out and shocked some sort of wire and mess something up and the mask forgot all the powers and put a LOT of power so that's what I think?
My theory is: Agent Peter's had another brother (which was in a past video a long time ago) that might be the PZ leader. SO, Agent Peter's family was him,Alie,and maybe the pz leader OR EVEN THE KILLER!! And the pennies maybe signify project zorgo 2.0? This is crazy!
