As a solo player, I am going to start pushing mid season. I am getting matched against GM players while my teammates are bots asf 😂. I will just purchase Garo and uninstall
I can't seem to get Sprint to work well in battle, either the enemy is too mobile or have a lot of CC. So i use Flash instead to get away or engage, do you have any tips with Sprint?
Use sprint just before engaging (before starting the fight with ult). Even if enemy moves or use flash skill you can catch up or surprise them with speed. You have gap closing skill with first and second skill but ult doesn't. And his perfect combo depends on starting the fight with ult. So entire combo depends on first perfect use of ult in running horse phase. If you use first or second skill skill to gap close, then you have to disengage and walk again for 2000 unit to get to running phase.
Pick sprint for safe choice. Whenever you use sprint for aggressive purpose, the idea is around you must do the successful gank either to get kill or simply trying to safe your own team. Always think Guan Yu as sort of light cavalry irl, maybe type of dive tank/bruiser. If againts heavy cc or lot of slow comp, probably use ult for the safe play and only use 2nd skill for escape cc. But for poke comp and no meaningful cc, you either engage with 2nd skill or ult. Unless you play as roamer but do early invade enemy jungler, then sprint is used for escape tool. If use it for escape tool, dont to be greedy or too late for using it. Too deep for harrassing enemy jungler and your enemy mid+roamer still missing, dont hestitate to pop your sprint If you pick flash, the idea around it to secure kill. But you need to know your own damage first to use it well. Always remember Guan Yu is type of dive hero, and always dodge any type cc/slow. No enchant skill is simply rendered you useless

He is the same as Superman bruh😗 It might be confusing for you because u were fully acquainted with Supes gameplay and suddenly coming to a hero who rides a horse may be difficult for u
The thing is, Superman is a much smaller hero which makes him more accurate. Guan Yu is huge and has a weird hitbox. AoV is also more optimised and smoother than HoK
They really need to adjust Guan Yu's passive... He is less competitive against most fighters because of how fast his passive drops.
