I always find mosaic is a stronger taste and smell than citra ( my most favourite combination of hops ) I’ve just kegged a sabro SMASH yet to be tasted I may be crazy doing that but we will see ?. Beer sounds good great brew day footage. I don’t make tasting notes but I can refer back to the video if needed.cheers 👍🍻
