I’ve been watching a bunch of these videos and all of these factories would be shut down in the USA. For multiple issues of health , safety, environmental pollutions,child labor . And so much more. But they do great work with limited resources and out dated equipment. Great stuff.

Before partition , Sialkot was the Center of sporting goods manufacturing. After partition Hindu craftsmen who migrated to Hindustan , made Jullundur sporting goods manufacturing center . These are real craftsmen !

The process of making a stick is very labour and skillful.. no doubt why hockey is such a skillfull game.. love the game..

Without the (OWNERS) those (REAL ARTISTS) would not be artists to start with.
So yes. the profit should go to the owners.
@@kimkim2718 you are right but the workers are exploited by not giving them the due remuneration. It is two way deal, without these workers the owner can buy machinery everything and will sit and enjoy. Since they need livelihood they have no other option but to accept working in these circumstances.

It amazing how hard it is to make this. So many steps . This amazing hoky stick is made by poor and low wage workers. At the end to make players millionaire at the expenses of this poor people. This is only one example the world we are leaving in.
