Dom with the insight on the head to head balancing being easier than solo head balancing, that totally makes sense sort of like how handstand canes assist balance but both look more impressive
You guys often say that compilations should be split up into short clips in multiple posts... I just want to say that I REALLY APPRECIATE it when people on IG post longer compilations. The main reason I unfollow people is because they post short clips too often, I don't want my feed so full that I can't get through it. I make compilations on my channel "Tricking Compilations" were I put all my favorite IG clips into one vid. I know that once I've seen an IG clip, I'll probably never see that vid again because it's now lost in the huge sea of squares, and I just find that a bit sad. Compilations are way more valuable and memorable to me.
Totally! We just say it from the perspective of people that get paid to post on social media, and knowing the average attention span of someone that isn’t like yourself. There’s a reason Vine was 6 seconds, IG stories were limited to 15 seconds, and even IG originally was 30 second posts etc. Nothing wrong with compilations if that’s what people want to do, but just like a clip can lost in a sea of squares…a standout clip can also get lost in a compilation where you have to watch through tons of them to potentially find a world’s first. Instagram has the save clip feature on the right underneath each clip you enjoy to want to go back and watch again too! Just personal preference!
