I actually agree with most of their choices. Nothing was designed to make him uncomfortable or look like someone else, it was just about stepping up his style a little bit. The downside of some of these shows is that they put the person outside their comfort zone to such an extreme that there's no way they would maintain the look in their everyday life. I feel like Tan and Jonathan were more interested in making him the best version of him, not just how everybody else wants to see him. His girlfriend obviously likes him for who he is, so she was onboard with little tweaks, she's not looking for an overhaul.

OK!, I have a bone to pick with this makeover as a fellow bearded man I wholeheartedly believe that the guy getting the makeover should have kept his beard, he looked really good with a full beard, I don't understand why most people have this perception that if you beard you're unkempt ugh!. #EmbraceTheBeard

To put a jacket on top of a cuban collar shirt is a weird choice. The lack of a collar band makes the neck area look sloppy. I don't think that kind of collar should be layered like that but thats my opinion and everyone should wear their clothes as they want to.

Yes to Jonathan's make over but no to Tan's styling.. What happened Tan? All the clothes he choose looks so baggy and outdated... I am not a fashion guru but this clothes doesn't do any justice on him
I know it seems weird but he actually dressed him according to 2019 menswear trends. Tommy seemed to know about fashion and trends judging by what he was wearing before so i'm not surprised Tan chose these pieces.

Luis Fernando Cruz color corrector, you use green on red, and purple on yellow. By using the opposite color you neutralize the color and bring it to a more neutral skin tone. Most use it on the purple bags under your eyes or red zits

Everyone’s saying that the clothes are too large, but this guy liked loose, oversized stuff. Tan just gave him fancier, more stylish pieces in that style. He helped “upgrade” the style the guy already had.

I'm a teacher and an all black wardrobe is a lifesaver in the mornings.
I think both did an amazing job, I think y’all have got to understand Tan doesn’t go overboard on styling but he tweaks the style of clothes according to the lifestyle of the person he makes over, not putting them in Super Super flamboyant outfits. He levels up their style to suit their lifestyles and jobs.
I have to disagree with everyone, he looks so much better without the beard.

I think y’all legit need to check out instagram or whatever because that sort of style is really in. The clothes aren’t too big(maybe the blazer is). Also they didn’t want to completely change his style, they just wanted to elevate it. OH MY GOD LEAVE TAN ALONE HE ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT HE’S DOING

I would say Tan nails it most of the time, but sooometimes....it's a miss. Sometimes I feel like all he does is roll-up their sleeves and give them that horrible "french tuck." That blazer does not fit at all and the pants are weird. That yellow jacket thing was atrocious.

guys i understand that the clothes weren’t fitted and probably weren’t the best choices. but on the show they are able to tailor clothes to their client, whereas this is just a quick few hours where they have to try and throw something together and hope for the best!

Okay. I like his face without the beard, but I feel like had he tinted it so it was all an even color and had the lines sharpened up his face would’ve been snatched. As for Tan’s side I feel like he wasn’t on his A-game. The yellow jacket wasn’t good but I like where he steered him.
