as an italian person:1. the pasta seems overcooked2. it has basil as ingredient but nothing even closed to compare with "Pesto"3. we italians don't use butter - this is a French thing

So what ? Pasta is Eaten all over the world even in China and existed way before Italy even existed ... you don’t own pasta ...
