This Is Why We Say "NEVER HUNTED OUT" - OLD COINS & MULTIPLE SILVERS Found Metal Detecting!

- We gain permission to metal detect this old school house that's now a church. The pastor of the church informed us that the property had been detecting in the past and he was definitely telling the truth, haha. Signals were few and far between, but as we ventured out further from the actual old school building we started finding some very desirable targets. We hope you enjoy this metal detecting adventure, make sure you subscribe to our channel!

My husband and I love watching yalls videos! He was mid sentence and when he seen yall had a new video up he completely shut up and now I have no clue what he was talking about 😂 if that’s all it takes to keep him quiet PLEASE keep the videos coming 😂😂😂
Haha! Glad we are able to help!
None of my friends here in Louisiana ever cared about metal detecting. My nephew won`t go detecting with me even tho I bought him a Tracker 4 machine figuring it might get him interested at some point. Nope! He`s a "gamer."
The coat of arms on the button you found is from a former German state, the kingdom of Saxony (Sachsen in German). I'm not sure if it just imitates the coat of arms or if it is a actual German uniform button from the late 1800's / early 1900's
Never gets old digging wheats, buffalos and.merc's.😊❤
Nice finds 👍 That 31-D Merc was cool , hard to find low mintage ones. Enjoyed watching 👌
Congrats on the 1931 D Merc, i found one several months ago, not as good of condition as yours but these are extremely low mintage
I'm not positive but that button looks like it could be from a school marching band uniform.
Nice find with that 1931d Merc dime.
Beautiful finds ❤️ well done 👏
Whats funny is copper and zinc have a natural chemical reaction. Whoever thought of plating a zinc coin with copper. Did not fully think it through. That's why zinc coins bubble up and corrode so easily. Happy Hunting! 😉
Nice video and I’m watching videos all day since I got COVID. I like that respectful comment message that pops up and going to add it to my page. First time I’ve seen one.
Thanks for the video, I've always been a believer that nothing is hunted out, you would have to dig out all the soil to 2ft down and fine screen it all for that to be true.
Correction. They changed the copper penny in 1982. In 82 there were 7 different pennies made. Some were copper and some were zinc. The most valuable 82 penny is the 82d small date copper penny. There wasn't supposed to be any and there is very few of them. Good luck on your hunts
My first impression of the fancy button agrees with a previous comment, school marching band? How cool you both scored buffalos and lotsa wheats. A good outing for sure! Thanks for the video
Some 1982 pennies are copper and some are zinc.. not all 82 pennies are copper
Yet more proof of the never hunted out theory- nice finds men! Don't see many 31 Mercs show up..
I love detecting it's great to relax the mind. I wish I could get out more
Not a bad day guys IMO. Some silver, wheats buffs and John's has a date which is rare.
💥💥💥A 1959 Nickle means your in silver town.
There not many metal detectors in my area Hudson New York
John how do you like the Deus. Just how hard was it to learn the settings?
I like it a lot, not hard at all honestly. I liked the first Deus so I knew that I would like this one too.
Nice hunt guys thanks for sharing!!!!
Seems to me that anytime you can get out and detect is a great day
Possibly a button off of a band uniform
Another fine hunt and great coins.
Good outing. Good haul. Keep them coming!
Hello John,Mike and Gary
Those bottle caps always fool me
Great hunt. Congratulations on the buffalo nickels/silver dimes.
Gotta love the "Hunted out places"
Another good hunt Guys 👊
The deus still likes bottle caps, I figured they would have fixed that by now. I sold my deus for that reason.
I've dug lots of bottle caps with all the detectors I've used over the years. I could probably eliminate 80% of them but there's always that chance so I usually dig them. Then again, some sound just like coins. Thanks for watching!
Looks like a state seal button
Like y’all’s videos. Got a question but when you say a high tone is that the number or the sound of the machine?
Actually both, the high VDI humber goes along with a high tone on the detector. Thanks for watching!
Low beeping nickels and high beeping Cooper cents are the bane of us in this hobby
Truth!
One word.nice..,
When you're going for an Indian and pull a zinc penny,
Bazinca
Yes!
What program are you using on the D2
One a friend shared with me, I would have to look it up to be honest. Nothing special though, if you email I will try to make a note of the settings. digthatbeep@gmail.com
I hunted a civil war camp that was pounded through the years. I spent 6 hours there and found a silver plated Georgia coat button, several silver coins from the era, and a script I confederate button. No such thing as hunted out.
Have you ever found a 1945 nickel with an S
mint mark?
Moncks Corner SC.
Got one a day after recording this video. That video will go live over the next week or two. Thanks
Thanks. I found mine in my pocket change.
Awesome video!!
What a hunt, guys. Congrats on the silver, John and Buffalo. Mike, nice Buffalo, John beat you this time out. I'm sure you will beat John in the near future. Always good watching the friendly competition between good friends. See you on your next video. Have a great day.
Never hunted out is my way of thinking. I go to “ my “ park all the time. Maybe a hundred times over the past year or so. Finally a Buffalo nickel last week . IHP 1886 in November. 10k ring , silver coins lotsa fun stuff . I’m blessed to live near a place I love to go
Beautiful couple lol
Thanks so much, haha!
So about the 7:40 mark u live dig a Wheat, but did u also find a marble? If u look in the hole before u pull out the handful of dirt and then also when u set dirt aside it looks as if u missed a marble?? Take a look and see what ya think.
It was a wet acorn unfortunately. Thanks for watching!
Ic....y'all got some really round ones there in So. Caroline!
Congrats on the silver and Buffaloes. Great way to start the year. Thank you so much for sharing.
Good finds and love your videos, wish our ground wasnt frozen solid right now!
