Stealing from customers vehicles, stealing from fellow employees, took customers vehicles for two hour long test drives and came back reeking of pot, attempted to break into the safe with a stolen tool. When confronted, he claimed we were profiling due to race. When fired, refused to leave. Came back an hour later after having been escorted off property and tried stealing again.
18:30 had a (really big) woman get on my bus, outbound 20, with a 6 pack of those grapefruit-sized jumbo Sam's chocolate cupcakes. sat down opened it up. it was awesome--about 2 minutes later at the next stop she got up, shoved the empty box/wrapper in my trash can and got off the bus. i believe that qualified as distracting the driver.
Everybody forgets about video cameras somehow
Lol
I always liked when someone either put super hot stuff on food or laxatives on food to reveal a break room food thief.
I had to fire an employee for stealing a smoking pipe. She stole it during her shift. I only found out because inventory was low. I checked the security camera and noticed her on FaceTime dancing with the smoking pipe. She was also my friend of 6 years. When I confronted her about it, she just said she needed to smoke drugs out of. I terminated her employment and friendship.
Oof
Wtf is the music in the background it makes it hard to listen to
mason little Lofi hip hop
Darude Sandstorm actually
The pornhub theme on loop
I laughed at ONE THOUSAND AND THIRTY PM
I used to work at this pizza place when I was 16. Everyone treated me like complete shit and would make me do all bs that they were supposed to. I got fired because I guess I costed them hundreds of $$$ in wrong orders. A year later they were completely out of business. Idk if that was their karma for treating me like shit or what but it feels really good to this day :)
When I was a cadet firefighter, there were sadly not a lot of good guys there. They were backstabbers to be exact, but I digress. One of these backstabbers went with my dad and other firefighters to Washington DC. This particular backstabber was married. So when my dad, him and others went to this historical bar, he ended up having an affair with some girl there. To my knowledge his wife never knew about it, and it wasn't the only time. This guy would have hookers and a lot of women that he would sleep around with whenever he had the chance. My family and I have since moved from there. As of now that particular backstabber was fired from his high class job for this crap and more with company money; but is the Chief (idk how to spell that) of that fire department now. The short reason why is complicated, but I will be more than happy to explain to those that truly want to know. Sorry, I'm typing this on my phone so it's kinda difficult for me to type.
Hi, don’t mean to be nosy but, would you like to talk about it more?
@@ahmadalfalasi2183 sure
@@ahmadalfalasi2183 ask away
PLEASE EXPLAIN MORE IM SO INTERESTED ;O
okay so, he had an affair and was promoted to chief? Do public service jobs like those NOT have like a rulebook that the military has? or is it run on just integrity/good morales
I own a d og grooming/boarding kennel. I had to let my receptionist go because of the way she spoke to my son and nephew(both live with me and call me dad unless at the shop. There it's first name basis. She went as far as telling my son that the only reason he is there is because the owner likes him. I walked up to her and said no , he is here because he is my son. Pack your things , you no longer work here. I will have your final check available on Friday after 3pm.
She swore I am not the owner and she had the owners cell number. Should've seen her face melt when my phone started to ring.
Break-room food thief - I keep what was originally called an 'emergency cookies' drawer as a joke. Not only do I have to keep telling my coworkers they're allowed to raid it when I'm not around, don't have to ask (stressful work, a chocolate emergency is a real thing) but I regularly find packages of cookies on my desk. I really had to be firm to convince the diabetic co-worker that I saw the joke as literal truth in his case and he was to grab cookies ANY time his felt his blood sugar get low. It's not hard to be honest, fair and kind to people, folks. Really, it isn't.
I love how wholesome it is that you had to convince your coworkers to be MORE assertive in taking food from you, rather than having to deal with the opposite situation. Your workplace sounds lovely. ☺️🍪
@@alexreid7386 It's hard work but so worthwhile and my coworkers are a real team.
if you co worker does extra chores for your shift proper response is to purchase coffee and donut for them same day if possible next day if not possible, be solid with your crew and they will have your back always.
One thousand and thirty PM sounds way too late in the evening to get a phone call.
You can usually get away with taking a water bottle, but taking anything is a good way to get fired
My sister works in a shop and a Co worker came in smelling of alcohol. She got fired that day.
At the place where I work, one of our managers got fired because she was planning on robbing our store and one of her friends snitched lol
I remember when my SNSI* for NJROTC** was interviewing someone to be on staff for the next year (it was a particular position, can't remember what it was tho), along with a couple of the staff members. He told us about how great this kid was, how he'd probably be Command Master Chief (or whatever the term is for leader of the Unit), so on and so forth...so SNSI is conducting the interview, it's going well until he asks a hypothetical; "if your best friend didn't wear their uniform when they were supposed to, what do you do?" something like that. You're *supposed* to say something like "I'd ask them why they're not in uniform, I'd report it, it doesn't matter that we're friends etc."
And you know what the dude responded with instead? "I ain't a snitch." And SNSI was like "Excuse me?" and he repeated himself. At that moment, SNSI knew he wasn't cut out for a leadership position, and he wasn't selected. He did become a team leader or something, but definitely not in a major, unit-wide way. So I guess you could say he was fired before he even started lol.

I was hired to unload 2 18 wheelers that were double long and both filled up to the top and all the way back.
Job was from 4am to 2pm. I finally unloaded both trucks all by myself and at 8am I needed a breather and just gave myself a 5 minute break to chill out and drink a can of coke.
By the time I was done and got my energy back I started whistling that old tune...... I got too much time on my hands song....
Manager walked by and knew the tune exactly. Oh you got too much time on your hands? Your'e fired!
I was like WTF?!?!?
I was just 18 at the time.
threw a hammer at someone for changing the radio station. I can honestly say if you tried to make me listen to country or thrash metal, I'd throw a hammer at you also.
I was expecting a lot of people caught having s*x

Sunday in Quarantine Track is nice
Listening to the story of the lady who touched herself reminded me of a customer who came into my old place of business before I left. He was caught on camera touching himself and leaving a little surprise for us to clean up. Twice. He was caught trying for a third time.
Wow I guess he really 'came' into your old place of business 😂
@@alexreid7386 Bad dum tsh!
10 years ago I was one of those people that would steal peoples food out of the break room fridge. I felt awful about it but when they confronted me about it and asked why I would steal I told them you don't pay me enough to live off of. I was homeless living in a closet in some complex that never used it and they never noticed. I couldn't afford a place by myself and was trying to go to school. Never got to finish school.
Yeah, there's a reason Aladdin was the good guy and a thief at the same time. "Gotta eat to live, gotta steal to eat" is definitely NOT a situation where you should feel like a bad person - the blame rather falling squarely on the people who weren't even paying you the bare minimum you needed for life. I hope you are in a better situation now. 🥺
Total understand the machinist firing but his 3 beers at lunch probably steadied his hands
All the puns. Ahhhhhhh.
"1,030 pm" lol
About the employee who couldn't stop touching herself: Sometimes a woman starting to go through menopause can have episodes of being more sex-driven than she ever has been in her life. It can happen many times.
The breakbeat is intruding on the speech IMO.
I bet every single reddit channel on anything is just one guy / group
Or one guy and a couple generative AIs.😊
"I don't tolerate that shit, so I gave him a stern warning." lol. How about you just fucking fire him. Not firing him immediately is in fact, tolerating it.
In what country can you harrass someone, and then claim he was being some good citizen, and you have to prove he was in fact harrassment her, your country don't care much for females ,I am curious as to how many victims of harrassment there have been sued by said harrasser with that disgusting defense
Didnt know there could be a one thousand and thirty pm did anyone else 🤔🤔🤔 maybe he is living in the future lol
17:56 technically weight is a disability if it actually interferes with job performance.
What's the song in the background, cant find it? 😒
first story, when the employee fire themselves.
She would text me all day everyday. Super annoying.
Where does this myth that it is illegal to give a bad reference come from? Do you people realize that nobody would ever call for a reference if it was illegal to give a bad one?
Christopher Parks, I don’t know about other countries, but I do know in Canada, there are certain rules against discussing former employees time with employer, so it can be difficult to give a bad review. (I only took one business adjacent course so I’m probably missing details). One suggestion that was made to us was to ask if we would rehire the person, because former employers were allowed to say yes or no to that, and it can tell you a lot.
In the US there have been several lawsuits from people that got a bad reference and lost out on future jobs. Now most places are only allowed to say that person worked here from this date to this date and that is all. Just to save them or their company from a possible lawsuit.
Why is everyone stealing food in these storys?
I was fired for doing donuts
I think that I'm finally an early bird

You probably shouldn't be subjecting yourself to the horror stories of Reddit then, in my 26-year-old opinion. They can get really disgusting, even if this particular video isn't too bad.
