Thanks too three letter acronyms not allowing me to post my own experience about OpenAI's ChatGPT. So I will tell you without a doubt ChatGPT is being monitored by (3 acronyms) in our US government. Now this was just using ChatGPT 3.5 to 4.0 now imagine you have ChatGPT 8.0 now. It's updated and patched frequently. This is why lawmakers want their to be a bipartisan governing party over the religious and historical implications this would have on society as a whole. The implications of this technology without I mean, take one look back at just how fast technology has advanced because of one single man most never learned about unless you studied alternating current and direct current and Electronics in general. The rate of technological advancement in such a short time after Nikola Tesla's death and all his inventions seized by the feds shortly after his death as a poor man living mind you in a small apartment in New York. The feds have the power to even justify using psychological warfare on someone they feel is threat to justify their actions. Btw David Grusch knows alot more than he can say in the public televised hearing. David grush is not a stupid individual. He holds/ held very high security clearances. Their are most closed door meetings that can't nor will be disclosed on what further contents I know will leave congress jaws-dropped. This is where I will hint at what he can't speak about, interdimensional travel and beings most people would have a hard time grasping when in reality physics isn't wrong it's just in complete.. per say.. also A.G.I. doesn't require a physical vessel. Just very high processing speeds and the results of thousands of developers, programmers and engineers working together.
Paid $5 to bypass the ratelimiterror and it works perfectly, This vid is a lifesaver. I even used it for entire datasets rather than a simple prompt. Please could you do a video evaluation and finetuning. For use cases of comparing it to other models
I'm getting this error when I try to use the code: openai.error.RateLimitError: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. I'm not a paid member, do I have to be one to use it?
Hey they did offer a certain amount of usage for free, but I think at this point you may need to be a paid user. If you login to your account and go to platform.openai.com/account/usage, you should be able to see if you are over the allowed usage and need to pay.
It is not free, at the time of this video they were giving away $20 of promotional money to all new signups, but I don't think they are now. I will say that it is very cheap, I make hundreds of calls daily and my monthly bill is < $10
