The "Other singer" is Noel Gallagher, the brother of Liam (Lead singer). Their fighting was legendary and eventually destroyed the band. Noel was the songwriter and sang many of them too including Don't Look Back In Anger.
That outro was the riff from a Stone Roses song Sally Cinnamon, a bit of a nod to one of their influences x
Noel (The Writer,Guitarist abd background singer on this) was the lead singer on don't look back in anger. The Masterplan is a must to check out .

Noel was the songwriting genius behind Oasis. He's usually heard in the background. This is a b-side classic.
Liam was always the lead singer. Did the majority of the tracks. Noel was the writer who took lead vocals on a selcet few songs.

The gravelly voiced guy is Liam Gallagher (the main singer). You'll know him from Wonderwall.
The softer voiced guy is his brother Noel Gallagher, who writes all the songs and is usually the backing singer. You'll know him as the lead singer on tracks like Don't Look Back in Anger. Albeit, he never took his own advice and the band split up, due to irreconcilable differences between the two brothers.
Studio version sounds much clearer.
They're going to do a reunion tour soon, you watch. There's too much money floating around and the brothers are talking about it too much, even if they deny and talk shit about each other...or I could just be a delusional fan from the 90's!
