It's not about the life Of Arthur Fleck as Joker (Fully Developed) as we've seen in "The Dark Knight". This picture is based on the Comic book Story "Batman: The Killing Joke" which describes the development & transformation of Arthur into Joker and also the ups and downs of his life (a brief life history and his struggle) before becoming Joker.
Joker movie portrayed how the cruel society turns a very good man into pure evil. It wasn't based upon any psyco thriller case or galectic war. It showed the opressed personality inside all of us. Joker does not have to learn to fly man. He doesn't have to fight general zod in the end. He doesn't have powers. The movie is all about him becoming the joker. They took their time and present the birth of joker in the best possible way. That was all the movie was about. It's a masterpiece.

I liked joker from the beginning. The movie was about how he became joker. Building the character. Like Breaking Bad TV series, Whole character building thing and those 5 seasons were not separate story. Like 1st season does not end with a story and 2nd season begins with another story.
