Koi khaas faraq nhi parta, faraq asal mein L2 aur L3 par chalany sy parta hae, ya to L2 ya L3 par chalaain ya phir cool par hi chalaain.
i bought Haier Candy 1.5 inverer ac. In April 24
Free installation was done by Haier appointed person. Wearing HAIER shirt.
Gas leaked as he was installing.
Now for the past week we are using but cooling is not good enough and the outside tube has ice on it.
We complained as ee have 1 year warranty.
The helpline person wasted 30 min in just verifying.
A senior person visited the next day .
He examined outer / inner / tube but could not figure out where the leakage was.
He reported accordingly..
The centre now says that they dont have any data of the person who installed the ac.
So we should pay .
Where as we have provided every proof that the person who installed the ac was from HAIER.

Koi masla nhi, it is normal, temperature gauge ziada sensitive hae, wo aapko exact btati hae agar thori si bhi cooling ziada ho. Jab horizontal grill automatic ho aur ooper neechy horahi ho to ac ky temperature sensor ko (jo ac ky andar grill kay peechy hae) usko ziada hawa parti hae, wo ziada thanda hojaata hae aur less temperature show karta hae, nothing else. Aap horizontal grill ko ek jaga rok dein, temperature ziada neechy jaata hua show nhi hoga.
