Don't feel bad. I was pulling my hair out for a couple weeks trying to make it as it's loosely based on the sound Seven Lions if famous for. There's many layers in it and I had to overclock my CPU in the end to make it run smoothly. Think of it like an orchestra of synths. sub basses, basses, mids, highs. Harmonize and balance the levels of each. If you're starting to feel like you're going a bit crazy, you're probably doing it right XD
