Michael Porter's "What is Strategy?" Full Summary [Hipster Edition]

- Have you ever wondered how Southwest used "activity fit" to make their airline uncopy-able? Or how Urban outfitters settled on a market niche targeting self-important city-dwellers?
We'll use Michael Porter's famous article, "What Is Strategy?" to tackle these questions and more in this special Hipster--Kombucha! Kale! Fixies!--summary of Porter's article. I think this is the most useful business strategy article ever written, and it's great for anyone:
* Trying to tackle a thorny strategy problem at work
* Prepping for a job interview
* Studying for your business exams
In the video, you can see my summary of Porter's 3 key strategies mixing in examples from from the article (Southwest), my own teaching materials (Lyft), and, just because, things hipsters like--Avocado Toast, anyone?
Entirely Unnecessary jokes:
How did the hipster burn his tongue? He drank his coffee before it was cool.
How many hipsters does it take to change a light bulb? You haven't heard of it. It's an obscure number.
This just saved me 2 hours reading with a higher guarantee of understanding =)

It took me about 7-8 hours to read through.
Is better to understand how the bizz is " racolated /enrolled/ recruited " for changing from ___ into ____ ...]]] ] the management of the views and how they affect negative or positive incomes. #value myth a #sheet plan . Because if one has the wrong strategy it will fail. Is not like you can aquire anyone. You can find the right segment and promote it with professional strategic level. Than if you dont know how and with whom and you did not had a goal a common goal/shared vision than is like you have lost future revenues and profie and earned the brand equity and fame. You bulid a trusted brand with agreements from all the partys or else you can lead your self your own business and your own actions .
I really appreciate this video deeply. The simple and straight-forward explanation, the witty-funny approach and with occasional and fun-surprising meme or picture that emphasis the message. Great job David! Subscribed!

don't judge me as I drink my Maple Praline Cold Brew coffee in downtown Sumter South Carolina. I will be following this up with a local IPA tonight. Please remember hipster is just grunge from the 90s: I've been doing this for decades.
Nothing changed between Gen-X hipsters from the 90s & millennial hipsters except that the clothes got tighter.

Who is Jesus? Not who is He to you. Rather, who is He really?
Jesus is the Son of God, who came to the world as a man. He lived a perfect and sinless life .
