THE SHOT FROM HEART (II.)
The "Shot from Heart" is an archery technique, not a philosophy.
Its basic principle is:
"Throw your heart to the target, and the arrow will follow"!
This is not something special or new...
In equestrian show jumping are saying the same:
"Throw your heart over the obstacle, and the horse will follow"!
Personally I was deeply impressed by the description of one ancient Chinese archery technique:
"Draw the bow from the chest like the moon rising from the breast".
This way of drawing is matching and continued naturally with the famous snatched release technique adviced by the master At-Tabari:
"At release, I throw out my chest and left arm until the ends of my shoulder-blades meet".
It means to draw the bow with one continuous movement, expanding the heart point toward the mark, increasing gradually the speed in such a way that at release to reach a peak of explosive power...
with the feeling of the heart jumping out from the chest and hitting the target in invisible way!

Very nice video. Interesting holding the string. Is not right three fingers, is not right thumb release. I think that is combinational.
