This is where it all started for me in the beautiful sport of cycling. I was 10 years old when I saw this. I recorded it and watched it almost every day.
It is always a taste of another world. I prefer to hear the actual race, dutch commentary, or ambient background noises. I think the US production methods, detract, but that is my own view. I just turn the volume down!
CBS coverage in the 80's are classics. Thanks for posting.

the moving to Belgium thing for serious racers trips me out still and it's awesome.
Thanks for the upload.
no problem. I'm a big fan
Lemond, King Kelly, Hinault, Sean Yates. My cycling Gods.
I must have this soundtrack! 👊😠
A classic
The animation looks like a " Money for Nothing " video that aired at 3:37 am on MTV !
It’s amazing how far and wide the videos I burned 20 years ago continue to get uploaded. Did you get yours through eBay

Some of the best composing music in cycling. John Tesh & Yanni contributed to the soundtrack.
Yet, Europe has done the same and followed American marketing.
@@starblazers01 no they haven’t. If I wanted to listen to music I’d turn the radio on. Leave cycling coverage to the Europeans
