Hello sir why shouldn't we go for CABG during acute coronary syndrome?
CABG is more of a planned procedure. It requires clinical optimization of the patient's condition before undergoing a major open heart surgery.
dont we give ASPIRIN first immediately
Hi Singh, aspirin will prevent the next ACS and yes give it asap. In stemi your main goal is to unblock the blood vessel asap.
