    I liked your class, but I don't have some of the functions you do...like seeing who is attending which class. I have set up starting tomorrow, a series of the same class over the next several months. Every event I look at on the calendar shows the exact same people who I show on the first class.

    Hi Harry, Very much liked the video! Thanks! I do have one more question. Let's say I am organising a webinar with external clients as attendees. What information is each attendee able to see from each other (privacy in mind)? Is it only the registered first and last name? Or also the organization if you would include that in the registration from?
    For us its imperative that as minimal personal information is being shared as possible.

    hi. I don't really get the difference between webinars / live event or a teams meeting. Live event, i think i see. But teams meeting or webinars are basically the same, no ? the only difference in functionality is the numbers of attendees ? Thanks

    Excellent video thank you! Silly question: If I had 3 businesses that are all wanting to have users join the same webinar/same presenter at the same time, is there anyway to accomplish this? We have 3 IT organizations that share resources and events so I'm just wondering how users can sign up for each individual company while still attending the same shared webinar.

      Hey Taher, assuming these other businesses are seen as external to the organization hosting the webinar, you will want to set the Webinar so that everyone can register. That will allow internal and external attendees to register for your event. You will need to send out the registration link to all the potential contacts at these multiple businesses. You will then host the webinar from one organisation and present the content with having attendees from other organisation. Does that help answer your question?

      Yes that makes sense! I guess the only drawback would be that the registration link ad calendar invite would only be coming from the one organization hosting the webinar and not each individual organization. Which isn't a big deal. Wasn't sure if there was anyway around that. Thanks for the great info. Definitely subscribing

    Yours was one of the best video I've found on the topic. Congrats, it's a great tutorial!
    I do have a question, though. From a viewer's perspective, when I'm sharing my PowerPoint presentation, will they be able to see me?

      Thank you, I appreciate the kind words, and I am glad it was helpful.
      If you enable your Webcam during the meeting, then the viewer will be able to see you. The nice thing about Webinars is that meeting up to a thousand users is fully interactive. - Share video, presentation, audio, engage in chat, reactions, and so on.

      @@HarryLowtonIT thank you for replying fast, Harry! I’ve watched a couple other videos and i hope you get the views you deserve! Right now I’m torn between Zoom and Teams, I already have a 365 personal subscription, but Zoom seems to be more participant-friendly in terms of sharing screen... I’m planning to offer a paid webinar and I really don’t know which one to go for

      ​ @Mittoso Thank you - I do hope these videos help the community. I may be biased to help answer which tool to use :). My recommendation would still be to review what features you need from your Webinar/Meeting platform and run a trial where possible to see which tool fits best for your use case.
