Dude, could not agree more about eating properly! I didn’t for our first one and almost passed out. I had to step out of the room and get some water. Never would’ve thought of that, but it’s so helpful!
Yup absolutely! We often forget how much time has passed since we last ate when we are nervous about the whole process. You have to make a conscious effort to eat some sustenance! 🍔🌭🌮🥗🥤
@@onedadsperspective1506 yup! Especially when it is your first time 😊 but in some ways it continues on for awhile even after birth. We have to remember that what’s best for the baby also means us parents have to take care of ourselves 😁
