Thank you so much. I wish I had this video when I first started working with hard gel but I still learned a lot through this video. Thanks again❤️

I see a lot of thick structured nails from Salons. Not many look like this beautiful. Then again maybe they like it😮

agree. and maybe they do like them that way... But yes, structure soft gel should be self-leveled to a thin but full finish.

#1 and #3 were the a bit challenging to overcome. However, practice definitely helped.

I do have a question - you frequently say “generously thin” and so I never know if you mean ‘generously’ (like plentiful or a lot) or ‘thin’ (as in a very small amount whereas you apply it properly but with the smallest amount of product possible)?
I hope you can help answer this for me! Thank you for all of your amazing content. Hoping to sign up for one of your classes soon!

When using excel builder or bond duo and you sand it if it’s uneven do you have to reapply mega stick then color gel?

Great video. What happens if there is some lifting on an edge that was removed with efile? It creates an uneven surface to work with and I find it challenging to backfill.

I removed all gel or up until the point where it was flat enough to re-apply :)

What if there is a strong curve but the nails are so weak they need more reinforcement? How do you not make that bulky?

Hello! I am so desperate to find out why my builder gel only lasts a week. It’s actually only been 48 hours and my thumb index and middle finger all popped off on my left hand. Last week it was the same fingers on my right hand. It’s frustrating bc I do all of these steps correctly. I take my time. I prep, I apply correctly. I cure correctly. But they still pop off. Is it bc I wash my hands constantly? (I’m a nurse)

Without knowing much of your application steps or products used, there is so much to troubleshoot. But sometimes it could be some as subtle as those particular bulbs being out in your lamp.
