Craig with the 9-7x is the same dude that had the saabs of america channel??? So good to see him back in a saab!!
Yep that’s him! It was great to catch up
I fell in love with Saab cars a few years ago and was privileged to take one for a little test drive 2 years ago. I was so excited and pleased to open up the turbo once. Oh my gosh! I still want one but I live in the Philippines, so slight to no chance of that ownership happening anytime soon ☹️. Loved your video as it revitalized my enthusiasm for one of these fine auto's.
Great story. Glad I can help itch your desire for Saabs a bit!
Hey I was the '100th hit' on your LIKE! Looked like a fab meet. I'm the proud owner of my first ever SAAB, a 1997 9000 Aero 5-speed in silver. It's immaculate, I'm only its 3rd owner, the 2nd had it for 21 years, he loved it and it shows. It's like a new car - greetings from Australia.
Thanks for the like! That’s awesome. Sounds like a great car
I'd love to ask - how is the 9000 received in the US, particularly the Aero model with its extra power, stunning seating designed by Recaro and body kit? And dare I say the last true Saab, before GM went to town on the marque via the accountants. I'd been looking at getting a SAAB for sometime and prior to getting the 9000 Aero, I drove a 2002, 9-3 Aero convertible 5-speed in silver (relatively rare as most are autos here). It looked stunning with its Alfa Romeo alloy wheels, a really nice touch. I loved it, but was stunned by the very poor scuttle shake, a reflection of its saloon car GM (Vauxhall) UK heritage. Apparently its something you choose to accept or not as an enthusiast from what I've seen on some forums?
They all look nice I'm a owner of a Saab 97x4.2i 2006 I love my truck
Wish I coulda been there, looks like a good time and a great meet! Next year for sure...
Next time! 👍🏼😁
Nice vid, and great seeing a gathering of Saab enthusiasts. Though, the 9ks deserve a bit more attention. Last of the pre-GM Saab engineered designs, and truly great cars, especially in Aero spec with the b234R.
Showcasing what I can 😅 they are great
Great collection of cars! So glad I came back early to be a part of this! @KylePancis
Thanks for coming!
Very cool video, very nice cars! 😊👍🏻
Thank you
I wish they had something like this in Australia
You can always try setting something up yourself i your local/national group 👍🏼👊🏼😁
Awesome video ❤
Thanks!
@@AutoAutopsy so many beautiful Saabs 😍
Wow that 9-3 Sportcombi almost looks like it’s Audi‘s Nogaro Blue … awesome that it transforms the colour that much by just skipping the metallic particles - I‘d love to do something to my 9-3 Aero Sportcombi‘s quite damaged black paint … maybe a wrap, I always love a dark green - but man that blue hit me!
Definitely! Dark green would look awesome, I think. Super unique while not being flashy
Saabs are like that hot artsy chick; desired but misunderstood lol lots of clean examples there. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!😂👍🏼
Please forward my fonbd regards to Thuan and Nancy - wish I could have been woth you all this year!
👍🏼😁
The white 900 that got rear ended, I have the back hach and glass ( gray ) from an 87 spg that caught an elk at 75 mph. It's about the only part that made it besides me and my wife. It's yours free. I'm in colorado
I will let the owner know! UPDATE: Looks like he already found a replacement hatch
Nice ! I do have a BUNCH of parts. I'm joining the saab club to sell . I'm rebuilding an 85 flat nose spg right now.
Hell yeah!
👊🏼🙌🏼
I know that red one in the back I think he painted it I’m not sure but I follow the guy on TikTok… btw Craig ?? Haven’t seen that guy in. A while since his UA-cam has gone dark
OMAR!!!!! it’s the original paint, garage kept by an old lady and now detailed and protected every two weeks by me
Yep that’s Craig! 😂👍🏼
My friend had that same color 99 EMS, maybe why I now own a Viggen.
Nice!
Awesome video ! Forgot to ck Lukas Viggen !
It’s a beautiful example 👍🏼
2:26 we use to own an ‘06 9-3 Aero 6spd, Smoke Beige….love the orange color….I’m currently looking for another 06 6spd….if anyone knows of any or can point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it! Thanks in advance!
Saabnet and Saab Facebook groups are the best places to look!
Who is the guy from blythe? We should link I live there too
Mark B - he is on the Facebook group. Feel free to PM on FB me if you can’t find him and I’ll get you in touch
Can you do am interview on that shop and owner and his Saabs, why saab?
If he’s willing, I’d love to. Their shop deserves the attention - family owned and have been doing it for years!
9-3 9-5 not saabs. they are General Motors.
they have Saab badges; they're Saabs.
@@AutoAutopsy made by General Motors
Once again no NG900s
there weren't any there. a few OG 9-3's though; close enough!
Not many pre GM 1993 cars?
Plenty in my opinion! Theres very very few left to begin with. Probably 95% of Saabs still on the road are GM Saabs
