I made an idea to get a combination of prizes and punishments. One person writes on post-it notes, with half being prizes and half being punishments, and hides them in the basement. At the same time, everybody else searches. If you find a prize note, you keep it. If you find a punishment note, you get to decide who has to do it. That way every note you find either gives you a prize or guarantees you won't get that punishment. After all of the notes are found, give out the prizes and do the punishments. I love to see people get messy, and I want one of the punishments to be a whipped cream in the face and then on top of your head. I want another punishment to be a food combination like a slice of turkey or ham with chocolate syrup.
