Hi, I was so interested in your post that I decided to check the audio parameters carefully. And here's what was reported: LUFS at -15dB, which is correct for YT, True Peak reaches 0dBFS, which is even a bit too high. In turn, the dynamics of the transmission is 5.5dB, and it should be greater than 9dB, which means that the overall loudness of the material is higher.
Also remember that these are analog media, each comes from a slightly different era, they are 20 years old and more, they have been played in clubs many times, so each of the discs can sound different. It's a natural phenomenon.

I have also noticed that the sets recorded in Vinil always sound very soft on UA-cam even in Soundcloud. But I have also heard sets in Vinil that sound in standard or even stronger volume maintaining a decent quality. is curious
