    We gave our land for devlopment of residential houses. The builders have gave us some amount in cheque (deposited in savings account) in 2019 which is fully repayable after the construction of the houses 2022. Should we show this in the filing and pay tax to this amount? If yes how should we file this?

      @@capritishburton7682 The agreement says, we need to repay the entire amount without any interest. Should we show this amount in the income tax filing though we are repaying the amount we received

    Why is ITD sending notices to Property buyers for Sellers inoperative non linking of PAN AADHAAR, Buyer is given notice stating to pay balance 19% Tax , while buyer has already paid 1% TDS to ITD.
    Buyer has no clue either from Seller or ITD that the Seller account is Inoperative, & ITD sends notice to Buyer after 10 days of Registration transaction.
    In spite of numerous calls & grievances filing, ITD is adamant in harassing buyers by penalizing them. Keeping their mistake of not informing the Buyer instantly about Inoperative account at the time of Paying 1%, they take 10 days to inform the Buyer. What is the solution to this?
