A windlass tourniquet can definitely be utilized as a treatment modality until another localized treatments can be initiate. (Blood volume is 💯% better inside vs outside). Sepsis kills hence a supply of antibiotics is a necessity. Homeopathic is wonderful however if unproductive, another treatment modality is necessary.
We love using slightly cooked onions in a towel, on the chest for congestion. 30 min, 3x per day. Helps loosen junk so well for us!
Sugar also works as a blood stop...I had a head injury in the middle of nowhere that was bleeding bad and my grandma poured sugar on it to stop the bleeding. The looks I got when I finally got to the er were hilarious but it seems like people in the medical field these days don't know alot of the old remedies of our grandparents.
