Pronunciation of Kozhikode is wrong. 'Zh' should be pronounced as a deep L. Ideally Kolikode. This applies to both Malayalam and Tamil words.

You have explained everything in so much detailed. The background musics have been put in the right places. One point I would raise is about your pronounciation which many people have cribbed about. English is not our mother tongue, everyone has their own accent. Even South Indians have a typical accent, many pronounce wrongly. So people should accept it and take the information in this video. Rectifying isn't a problem, but making fun or pointing out rudely is unacceptable. You have definitely done a great job in this video. Keep it up 👍

But that is a different issue and its not the actual purpose of this video. I am glad that you loved the information.
it's not an accent problem. do you know meaning of accent ? they should have googled the pronunciation or asked any local or seen any youtube video of any local pronouncing the word... this has not nothing to do with accent ...accent is what comes after you learn how to pronounce the word and when you pronounce with your own accent... here they are blindly pronouncing the word from seeing the English spelling ..that clearly shows they didn't put the extra effort to find out how it should be pronounced ....... please don't confuse ignorance with accent .....

Not everyone has the opportunity to gain exposure to pronunciations and enunciations. Most of the English speaking countries in the world mispronounce most of the stuff if compared to the Bri’sh(specifically the Welsh and Irish accented peeps). They neither care about it nor do they give a misguided lecture about it.

I was born and brought up in Wayanad @ Meenangadi, and now staying @ Kochi(Ernakulam). I wonder who taught you to pronunciation of many places especially Kozhikode(Calicut). Please do learn about that as well before you make such a video. if the viewers say the same for that place no one in whole Kerala will understand. Its better to say "Calicut" instead of what you pronounced. The beauty of Wayanad is in each and every corners of this place which will take a month or more to see and feel the real beauty of this mystic place, with 4 days what everyone can see is the tip of ice berg when compared to the rest of this place. Wayanand is know for the tribal people who have a close resemblances of those in Africa. The culture, dace, huts, dressings everything is very common with those native tribes in Africa. The food of Wayanad is another special as there are few unique recipes used with the local available spices and natural stuffs, both Veg and Non Veg is truly awesome. The food of tribal people is unique especially the local chicken. Wayanad also have a major role in the history of Independence as the ruler Pazhassi Raja was from the same place. Even Tippu Sulthan also had a close connection with Wayanad as his military used to do raids and in the fear of those soldiers people used to hide their valuables in the form of kitchen utensils and hid them in their plantations. Many of such priceless gold/stones were still not recovered and is still hidden underground somewhere.
If anyone can spend a month in Wayanad, its worth for their life, the memories added will remain in heart till the last breath.
This is a tour plan for people who want to visit the place and not a documentary film. And yes I know that there is a lot of pronunciation mistake s because that is not my mother-tongue. I am not here to showcase the correct pronunciation but just to suggest a tour plan.
