Thank you. Hope I can keep up with it!! You get any blooms and fruit? I’ve got a line on an 8 year old mandarin for relatively cheap. Hoping to acquire it shortly.
Whoa, how did I miss this comment for 7 months! Thanks Toy. These citrus trees sure do respond to a pruning! Let’s see if I can take her from thick to FAT
😂man, you always bust me up Sucker sent up 4 trunks, and they all nearly reached the same height in a little over a month. You’re right, he’s flexin on me…
What are you feeding that tree?!? In one year, it went from a stick to a small tree! Loving the movement so far. Do you have thoughts on future styling or play it by ear?
Haha! Just this old jug of fertilizer I found, says “gamma radia…” and then I can’t figure it out. 😬 I’m feelin just a regular lemon tree, broom style, but it’ll have a gnarly trunk with all the chopping I’ll be doing.
Great question No, I did not. For two reason: 1. I don’t currently have the room to grow them and 2. the cutting still had scale and I wanted to get rid of as many bugs as possible.
Beautiful work. Love the scent a lemon tree brings to the house as well!
It sure smelled delicious while pruning, that’s for sure.
Looking sweet! Growing good!
Thank you, Joe
I hope next summer is a little warmer. I want to get it outside! Let her live a little.
@@baldyeti I know what you mean brother! Fingers crossed on the weather! I need a bit more rain during my summers here
Nice chop broski!!! 😎✂️🍋
Thank you!
Hoping it causes actual taper, and doesn’t just plumb right up to the same size
I’m ready for some lemonade!!!!
I think it’ll be a year or two, but don’t think I’m not looking forward to it!
What a beautiful Lemon Tree 👍
Well thank you good sir. It takes after it’s mother
😬
Noice growth! I have mandarin orange that I brought in for the winter. Fingers crossed…
Thank you. Hope I can keep up with it!!

@@baldyetinot yet, i haven’t checked for buds lately though. I haven’t noticed leaf die back from being brought inside, so thats nice
That's a great looking lemon tree! It definitely thickened up during that progression. Love the back it exploded after the big chop too.

That is some great development and I liked seeing the monthly updates Cheers
Thank you, Xav!
I’ve noted your recent “progression” videos as of late (Olive) as well. I like this style.
Thank you for watching and commenting!

@@baldyeti Haahaa!! Love it!!
Wow you got so much more growth in one year than I have in two with my lemon trees. Maybe it's the variety but well done.
Thanks, brother!
Hoping to fatten her up relatively quickly. I haven’t watched any of your lemon or citrus trees yet. I’ll check them out!
@@baldyeti I haven't done any videos on them, I should really get round to it 🫣
Nice!

Wow! That growth is awesome! Will be interesting to see if you get flowers/fruit! Did you replant any of those cuttings?
Great question
