Us is that bad to be a male flute player ? 😕😞 I'm always getting made fun of because of it
your playing is good already.. but not much the tone.. you should make it sound more of a flute... feels like the sound is coming from the nose... cause its too airy,, the problem was you embouchure.. you should fix it...
Hannah Bufford actually flute is great for sharps and flats... flute are richer and deeper on flats while brilliant and mellow on sharps.. but flute is not an airy instrument.. even though it requires an enormous amount of air.. the hissing sound of it should not be heard.. cause if it is heard.. it means that your air is not turning into sound.. its being wasted.. you should hear some professionals like Pahud or Boukairov.. you will never hear any hiss in their playing.. from all different keys and notes.. cause flute has a sweet, mellow howling sound.. it should sound more like a crying wolf..
im a flute player my self though.. and im playing a closed hole flute.. sometimes i do some recordings with my cheap nokia phone.. and it doesnt sound like this though.. but if its the mics fault theres nothing we can do.. though... haha
Fake fingering on the flute!!!
Thanks for stopping by and the time for your comment, the fact of the "fake" fingering is due to the fact that the video was recorded post the music was recorded in studio. Therefore it may be some parts where the sync was not very well accomplished.
