Great Vid as usual ❤ There is a huge benefit from the Exp. Reamplifier that wasn’t mentioned. When your leading party pokemon is lvl 100, it won’t « eat » 50% of the experience as usual, but only 25%. Also, any other lvl 100 pokemon in the party will not take any experience, if it doesn’t participate to the battle. I think this is not highlighted in the item description. So not only it gives a small buffed +5% overall exp, but also it allows to level up by using lvl 100 pokemons while loosing 25% less exp along the way.
There's something odd about the Exp. Reamplifier Exp is distributed among ** ALL ** Pokémon, the easiest and fastest way to level up is that your lead Poke has Sweet Scent and the ability to defeat hordes (like a Pikachu with Discharge and Surf), and the rest of the party only the Pokémon you want to level up. That's what I've been doing so far and it's significantly faster than having a full party or using Exp. Shares. (If you ever encounter a shiny, just defeat all the others with T-bolt or something and hopefully Pikachu's static paralyzes it and eases the catch)
While Exp. reamplifier is active, level 100 mons in your party won't take any experience, if they don't take part in the battle. And if your leading pokemon clearing hordes is level 100, it will take away only 25% of exp, instead of taking 50%. So don't be worried of carrying a lvl 100 sweet scent or any lvl 100 catching pokemon in your party when using Exp. reamplifier.
No they just evolve into a different shiny. So i keep my spinarak because i prefer it over ariados color/design wise. Ariados is GREAT too which makes it a super tough decision haha

when a shiny evolves it stops being a shiny? if not why do you use the everstones so they can't evolve?

Yes EVs reset when you breed a pokemon
