Do not wrap with thread, use brass or aluminum tube with ID of the carbon tube OD. Used it on unlimited class sailplanes for elevator pushrods and never split one out in flight.
Where can I get the ball swivel and the titanium threaded capture ? Also, how do you control the movement of the bellcrank so it does not move excessive in either direction ?

What benefit do you perceive to a suspended bellcrank?
