    good basic core routine for stability, though there is no way getting arround lifting heavier weights, to have a propper stimulus for bone health and strength, especially when you age

    Hi coach, my advices for the glute bridge is to control the pelvic shift and for the squats specially for older cyclists better warm up your knees before you start with squats!😉🤗
