Surprise Australian visa grant

Balwinder Kaur had been waiting to have her Australian visa approved for over two years, after having applied multiple times through a number of migration agencies.
Despite her lack of success thus far, Migration Solutions believed she had a strong case, and decided to lodge an appeal to the Migration Review Tribunal.
