I can't believe people were calling him soft in the past when he is more of a finesse player. He would kill it in today's game with his shooting and passing skills. Also, he is an underrated defender as well.

Not true in the slightest. Kobe had adopted a less selfish playstyle going into the season even before Pau came. They would have won with another PF similar to Pau such as CB or KG (they would have 3 peated with CB or KG because they would have won in 08). Pau is great, don’t get me wrong but you guys push this narrative and it’s simply not true.
Great shooting, getting rid of his guards in order to create an action for himself and also very athletic when dunking over defenders was needed. 👍 I considered Toni Kukoč to be the best European ever in NBA, but this one is at least equally impressive. 👍
