A Newbie Builds: Metcalfe Ramshackle Workshop Set
Вставка

- Now then, today will be having a go at this Metcalfe kit, the Ramshackle Workshop, which surprisingly came in a rather compact packaging which I was pleased with.
And as with many other Metcalfe kits, it's rather straightforward, though as always do double check when the doors get fitted, had to pry a building apart to pop then in, but luckily was before the glue fully set!

Great Build James
Cheers very much Terry!
Nice build James
Cheers very much!
James, nice work. It will really benefit from white card edges being touched up with appropriate colour crayon or paint. Pete.
Glad you enjoyed it Pete, and yeah I really need to get into the habit of doing that, do need to get a nice range of colouring pens again sometime!
Awesome 👍 when I use uhu I always end up with it stringing over everything or spilling out all over everything 😂
Cheers very much, and yes the stringing can be an issue for me as well, I mostly just use my fingers to reuse it elsewhere (do always need to clean off fingers when all done), and to prevent it spilling out, I just make sure it's upright when the cap is off, mostly works heh
Nice build James. Almost looks too good to be described as ramshackle 😁
Heh cheers very much, though with my building skills, I could make anything look ramshackled, if it's meant to look like that or not is a different question entirely though!
How about fitting the workshop out with tools from shapeways
And a winch from Langley models
Another great build 😂
Heh I think the tools might be a little too small to print, though larger workshop machines might be possible, but all interesting ideas to improve on the kit!
Lovely James I have the same one lol

Think I missed the update the first time (I also tend to swap between my usual UA-cam account and this one) but have seen where you're planning to put it now, think it looks quite nice on that siding between those hills!
