Unboxing Logic App VS Code Extension

At ignite there was a new extension update for Logic Apps in VsCode. In this video I have a clean laptop with vscode not yet used so I decided to test how easy it is to go from zero to a working deployed logic app running in both the local runtime and also deployed to Azure. Great job by Wagner on the product team on the updates to the extension
